Following a successful first session of our Ladies Lift program, five new classes have been added through mid-November. The last “regular fitness level” class of Ladies Lift will be from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6. New lower level classes will be held every Wednesday from Oct. 19 through Nov. 16 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
The race will be hosted Sunday, Oct. 23rd at the Student Recreation Center. It will take place from 8-10 a.m. Registration cost is $15 per person.
