Following a successful first session of our Ladies Lift program, five new classes have been added through mid-November.

The last “regular fitness level” class of Ladies Lift will be from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6. New lower level classes will be held every Wednesday from Oct. 19 through Nov. 16 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Ladies Lift is the perfect combination of great lifting classes while bonding with other women on campus. The program ensures a great time exercising with other ladies on campus while learning a variety of lifting techniques and getting experience with trainers.
