Group fitness is now back in person! All classes require registration, so make sure to check out our how to register page. For info on our general rules and policies, check out our rules page. To register for a class on the schedule below, click on it to be taken to WVUGo. If the class is virtual, the link will take you to the zoom session.
Room A: The group fitness studio on the upper level of the Rec down
the hall behind the front desk.
- Room B: Located on the lower level of the Rec Center, through the doors after crossing climbing wall area, right, and past the lower fitness floor on the left hand side.
- F45 Studio: The last racquetball ball court on the right on the upper level of the Rec.
Fall In-Person Group Fitness Schedule
- Thursday 10/7 5:30pm Barre has been cancelled
- Friday 10/8 6:15am Barre has been cancelled
- Friday 10/8 6:15am Full Body Strength has been cancelled
- Friday 10/8 5:30pm Full Body HIIT has been cancelled
- Monday 7:30pm Cycle moved to Room A, Monday 7:30pm Yoga moved to Room B
- Zumba has been rescheduled to Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm for the rest of the semester
