The Aquatics facility at the Student Recreation Center boasts a leisure pool, a lap pool and a whirlpool hot tub! Open during regular Student Recreation Center hours, our Aquatics Center is a great place to swim a few laps after a long day.

The
leisure pool (86 degrees) is a shallow pool with a beach-style entry
leading into a depth of 4.5 feet. It has two sets of steps, a seating area,
bubble couch, vortex area and two lanes for lap swimming. The leisure pool
is used for
private swim lessons, infant and preschool
water readiness classes and is also available for public use.
The fitness pool (79 degrees) is six lanes wide and 25 yards long and ranges from 4 to 9 feet deep. This pool is used for fitness swimming, classes including Water Aerobics and Aqua HIIT, and Club and Intramural Sports events and tournaments.
The SRC Aquatics Area also features a cloverleaf-shaped hot tub with 14 jets and a 20-person capacity.
