Water Aerobics

What to expect: Water aerobics takes aerobic exercise to shallow water, mixing strength and cardio to boost your heart rate. Using water as your resistance, this class is great for reducing arthritis and other joint pain. A fun workout to keep you energized for the rest of your day!
