Treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair steppers, bikes, selectorized weight equipment, plate-loaded equipment and free weights are available for use so you can lead a fit and healthy lifestyle!
There is a wide selection of treadmills available on both the upper and lower levels of the facility.
There are stationary bikes located throughout the facility on the upper and lower levels.
Elliptical Trainers can be found by the treadmills on the upper and lower levels of the facility.

At the Student Rec Center, basketball enthusiasts can enjoy our extensive facilities for Open Recreation. Our facility boasts seven full-sized courts, with four located on the upper level and three on the lower level. Whether you're looking to practice your shooting, join a pick-up game, or simply get some exercise, our courts provide the perfect space for players of all skill levels.

Residence Halls with basketball equipment available for checkout from the Bennet Tower Service Desk.
Indoor volleyball courts are available inside the Student Rec Center. A valid Mountaineer Card or Student Recreation Center ID card is required to check in and check out equipment. Equipment can be checked out at the Welcome Desk.
Three sand volleyball courts are available near the Towers Residence
Halls. Volleyball, basketball and pickleball equipment can be checked
out from the Bennet Tower Service Desk.
Badminton and Pickleball can be played on the upper courts in the Student Rec Center. Rackets and balls can be checked out for free at the Welcome Desk with a membership.

Residence Halls. Pickleball, volleyball and basketball equipment
can be checked out from the Bennet Tower Service Desk.
Two racquetball and one squash court are available in the Student Rec
Center. Courts can be reserved through the
Member Portal or by phone (304-293-PLAY). Rackets and balls
for both Racquetball and squash are available at the Welcome
Desk with a valid Mountaineer Card or Student Recreation Center
ID card.
Badminton, basketball, volleyball and futsal courts are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
Racquetball courts, squash courts and a multipurpose room (Room A) are available by reservation.
Campus Recreation has a Disc Golf course outside the SRC that is open to the public. Please review the rules.
The Recreation Center's climbing wall is 50ft tall and features more than 2,000
interchangeable handholds. The wall is open to members of all skill levels.
