    West Virginia Governor Justice has announced that fitness centers, gymnasiums and recreational facilities will soon be permitted to reopen, provided that all guidelines are followed. Campus Recreation is reviewing the guidelines with Campus Operations to determine when the Student Rec Center will open and what services can be safely provided. Rec Center members will be sent updates via email.

The Student Rec Center boasts 17,000 square feet of weight and fitness equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, bikes, selectorized weight equipment, plate loaded equipment and free weights.

Sport Leagues

Through participation in intramural and club sports, you can keep physically fit, develop leadership skills and sportsmanship, and learn how to function as a member of a team, meet new people and have fun.

Swim Lessons

This program is open to children (ages 5-12) of all skill levels. Skill assessment will occur during week one’s lesson to aid in proper class placement. Individual students will progress through the levels at their own pace.
