Due to staffing shortages, the Student Recreation Center (SRC) will now close at 11pm Monday thru Thursday. In addition, the SRC will close two hours prior to kickoff on home football gamedays. See all facilities hours.

Ai Chi

Ai Chi is a form of relaxation therapy, with movements controlled by the breath, generally below 20 times a minute, and the water both providing resistance and support for the participant.
