WVU Students, Faculty, and Staff will automatically have an account provided utilizing their WVU Single Sign-On (Duo Accounts). If you are a partner/spouse/dependent or believe you do not have access to a member profile through a WVU log-in, utilize the steps below to create an account.

HOW to create an account

  1. Go to
  2. Select the "Sign-In" button located in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Sign in using your credentials or select "Sign Up" located under the login options
  4. To successfully create your account, you will need to input the following information:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Date of Birth
    4. Gender
    5. Phone Number
    6. Email Address & Password Creation
  5. Once all fields are inputted, select "Create Account"

Family Members

Members who wish to register their family members (i.e. dependents) for programs must create a profile for them under their account. To have a successful program registration experience, it is recommended to have these profiles created before registration periods open.

Adding contacts

Another step members may take to set up their profile completely and ensure smooth registration experiences is to add contacts prior to registering.   Adding emergency contacts and authorized pickup will save time during registration for programs that utilize these requirements (i.e. summer camp registrations).
