The Student Recreation Center will close on Saturday, May 4th, and remain closed until Sunday, May 12th due to Annual Maintenance Week.
The Downtown Fitness Center will remain open and close for the summer starting Monday, May 13th.

Ladies Lift

Come to Ladies Lift and discover a revamped lifting program filled with hands-on activities, community building, and practical knowledge that will leave you confident about your lifting abilities! Nutrition facts, exercise tips, and one-on-one access to a personal trainer 24/7 await you in this 10-week long program, so sign up and bring your friends!

Location

It will be held in Room C located on the lower level of the Student Recreation Center. Please ask front desk for assistance if needed!
