Ladies Lift
Come to Ladies Lift and discover a revamped lifting program filled with hands-on
activities, community building, and practical knowledge that will leave you confident
about your lifting abilities! Nutrition facts, exercise tips, and one-on-one access
to a personal trainer 24/7 await you in this 10-week long program, so sign up and
bring your friends!
Location
It will be held in Room C located on the lower level of the Student Recreation Center. Please ask front desk for assistance if needed!
