Outdoor Running Program
Get results on the track this summer!
6 weeks | July 9 - August 15 | Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:00 - 7:00pm
Want to crush your next 5k? Or just looking to improve your running or walking skills? Join us for Campus Recreation's first outdoor running program. The class will consist of speed work on the outdoor gravel track, cross training with intervals and body weight exercises, and working with similarly-paced peer for endurance training. All classes can be modified based on the abilities of the group.
Pricing for 6-week program:
- Students: $20
- Campus Rec member/non-student: $25
- Non-member: $35
