The WVU Student Recreation Center offers over 50 club sports, varying from some of the more traditional sports to a few that would surprise you! They offer the chance to participate in competitive and organized club teams for any alumni, faculty, staff, students, and other members of the University. Imagine playing on the Club Volleyball Team with your teammates, and you see professors putting gear on to come out and participate. Well, here at the SRC it’s possible that you could play on the same team as your professor or even any WVU staff. The opportunity is given to any members of the University, and of course to any student interested in engaging in activity!

But, In order for you to make your infamous return, there’s a few things you have to complete prior to playing on a sports club team. First, a sport has to be chosen out of the wide variety that is offered, but then you have to see if that sport is in season. If the sport is in season, then you can either sign up at the SRC. Now, with each sport comes a fee, so be prepared to pay to play!
