Details
- Ages 5-12 years spilt into 3 appropriate age groups. Counselor ratio goal is 1:6.
- Online Registration for Returning Camper Priority Registration and Campers on Scholarship: February 24th. Online Registration will be completed through a secured Qualtrics Survey sent via email from the Youth Programming Coordinator, Emily Dent. To ensure you meet Returning Camper Priority status, please feel free to email Emily.dent@mail.wvu.edu. Survey forms are due by March 7th. As forms are completed and manually entered by Youth Programming staff, you will receive invoices due by March 14th.

- Invoices will be created during registration with a 50% balance due within 48 hours.

2025 Camp Changes
- 10 weeks available to register. Week of June 2 - Week of August 11 (regardless of Mon County Schools schedule changes). Please note no camp the week of July 4.
- Camper Dropoff will begin at 8:00am with pickup as late as 5:15pm.
- Camper capacity will increase from 40 campers to 60 campers per week!

- June 30-July 4: closed
- July 7-July 11th: Mission Impossible Week

- July 21-25th: Movie Hollywood Week
- July 28th- August 1: Fairy Tales and Folklore Week
- August 4-8th: Transportation (Planes, Trains, and PRT) Week
- August 11-15th: Camp Carnival
Typical Day Outline
- Camp drop-off: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
- Group activities & games
- Snack time a.m. & p.m. (small snack included)
- Outdoor field time and Recreational Sampler activities
- Counselor-led educational sessions
- WVU Department educational lessons
- Arts & crafts
- Lunch time (campers are to provide their own lunch)
- On Campus walking field trips
- Climbing wall Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Swimming pool
- Camp pick-up: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
- Friday themed events
Pricing And Payment
- Member Price: $200/week per camper
- Non-Member Price: $250/week per camper
- 50% deposit required within 48 hours of registration for all weeks you enroll in

Before you Register
- In order to qualify for Returning Camper Priority Registration or Campus Recreation Member Registration the guardian completing the registration must have a current Campus Recreation membership as well as a Dependent membership. This can be completed at the Student Rec Center or Downtown Fitness Center Service Desk.
- Know the shirt size of the child you are registering. (Youth Sizes)
- Know which weeks you want to register your children for.
- Have your secondary emergency contact info on hand. Name / Telephone Number / Relationship
