After seeing her mom be a personal trainer for most of her childhood, Felicia decided to become one herself! She specializes in muscle building, overall lifestyle improvement and mobility but loves to teach anyone about how to change their life through exercise. Felicia’s sessions are meant to remove the fear around working out; we’ve all spent too long afraid of being judged at the gym, so it’s time for a change. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and, of course, working out.

Gabby specializes in muscle building and works as a personal trainer because she enjoys helping others reach their goals. She spends her free time lifting and walking.

David is a former athlete and lifelong fitness enthusiast, specializing in strength training, body composition and lifestyle improvement.  He enjoys working with faculty, staff, and students as they pursue better health and fitness.  David is also a professor of engineering at WVU which helps with his understanding of body mechanics, energy principles, and keeping up with the latest fitness research.  He loves to cook and spend time with family and friends.

Joshua’s favorite part of being a Personal Trainer is being able to walk someone through a seemingly confusing or intimidating place and helping them to feel comfortable in a weight room. His favorite specialties to work in include body composition, muscle building and lifestyle improvement. Outside of the Rec Center, Joshua enjoys staying active through fishing and backpacking!

Brooke is currently a Human Nutrition and Foods student and is certified in personal training and nutrition through ISSA. She typically focuses on creating a healthy mindset and balance with both exercise and nutrition, working to improve people’s overall health and lifestyle. She also teaches yoga, and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially swimming and water skiing during the summer.
