Alya H.
Personal Trainer
Alya is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with Campus Recreation. With a background in psychology, behavior analysis, and health coaching, she believes fitness goes beyond workouts—it’s about understanding habits and what truly helps people stay consistent long term.
She became a personal trainer to help individuals better understand their bodies, feel confident in their movement, and train with purpose rather than simply following workouts blindly. Alya emphasizes education in her approach, teaching clients why each movement matters so they feel informed, empowered, and capable both inside and outside of the gym. She specializes in creating realistic, sustainable training programs tailored to each client’s individual goals, using functional training that supports everyday life.
A fun fact about Alya is that she plans to pursue a master’s degree in behavior analysis to deepen her understanding of the science behind human behavior. Ultimately, she hopes to integrate this behavioral knowledge into a unique, evidence-based approach to fitness and lifestyle coaching.
