Registration Guide

WVU Campus Recreation runs a variety of intramural sports competitions year-round. Registration happens through the WVUGo platform and can be done either through the WVUGo website or the app. Interested parties can register for intramural sports with a team, or even as a free agent. Free agents will be combined into a team when enough are available, or added to existing teams that don't have enough players.

How to Register

Registration, game schedules and roster management are all completely done through the WVU IMLeagues page. To participate in Intramural Sports, follow the steps below:

1. Log into wvugo.wvu.edu
2. Click on Intramural sports Icon
1. Create/ Log-In to account on IMLeagues

• Click “Create Account” (Green Button) or “Log-In” (Orange Button) at the top of our school’s homepage.
• "Create Account” or “Log-In” using your WVU network username and password.
• Complete the required information for your account.

Purchase your Intramural Sports All Access Play Pass - $12 Semester Play Pass

• Visit https://wvugo.wvu.edu/ to purchase you Intramural Play Pass.
• Click “Intramural Sports Passes.”
• Click “Intramurals Sports All Access Pass.
• Log-in using your WVU network username and password.
• Complete your purchase.

Create or Join a Team

• Visit the WVU IMLeagues page and select the WVU Homepage
• Choose the league you wish to play in (Men's, Open, Women’s, etc.)
• Choose the division you would like to play in (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)
• To Create a Team:
• From the current sports displayed, click on the sport you wish to join. And click “+Create Team” in green.
• Agree to the sports waiver and fill out your team's information. And select “Create Team” (Blue Button).
• From the Team Page, send and accept invites for friends and free agents to join your team.
• To Join a Team
• Accept a request from the team captain through email or in IMLeagues Account, under “Requests”.
• To find a team or captain, look on the division/league page and request to join the team.

Or in the WVUGo App

1. Open WVUGo app
2. Click the Intramural sports Icon

• Log in to your www.IMLeagues.com account.
• Click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your User Homepage page OR click on the "WVU" link on our school's homepage on IMLeagues.
• The current sports will be displayed, click on the sport you wish to join.
• Choose the league you wish to play in (Men's, Open, Women’s, etc.)
• Choose the division you'd like to play in (Monday 5PM, Tuesday 5PM, etc.)

How to Cancel Your Registration

1. Log into wvugo.wvu.edu account
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Choose “Profile”
4. On your left under “Personal Information” click “Bookings”
5. Find the booking you would like to cancel
6. Select blue “Cancel”
7. A pop up will appear. Select red “Yes, Cancel”
