How to Register for Personal Training

  1. Visit our member portal.
  2. Scroll to about mid-screen and click on "Multi-Visit Passes".
  3. You will then be prompted to login using your university or SRC member credentials.
  4. From there, you can select the package of sessions you would like to purchase and be taken through a checkout process.
  5. After paying for sessions, you can fill out the secure Personal Training Registration form.
  6. Once you have paid for sessions and filled out the registration form, you will be a connected with a trainer and can start training!
Purchase Training Sessions

Updates for Fall 2020: In order to ensure safety all personal training will be conducted outside during the fall semester. You will also have the option to do virtual training if you so desire. Please feel free to contact fitness@mail.wvu.edu.

Let the Student Rec Center’s Certified Personal Trainers help you reach your fitness goals.
Our trainers can help you set goals, develop a new exercise program or introduce you to new exercises to take your current routine to the next level. Working with a personal trainer will help challenge and motivate you while keeping you accountable to your personalized goals. Personal training is great for adults of all ages and experiences.

A full fitness assessment, which includes resting heart rate and blood pressure, body fat composition, weight, and girth measurements in addition to cardio, strength, and flexibility testing is included with your personal training purchase. You and your trainer will then discuss your health and fitness goals so you get the most out of your training sessions. Session length will be determined by your trainer each session as well as the type of workout you will be performing. Trainers also take specific illnesses, injuries and medical conditions into account when planning your personalized fitness routine.

Personal Training Package Rates:

Partner training results in a 40% savings for students and 30% savings for members.
