What to expect:  Whether you attend a Zumba or Zumba Strong class, you will be in for a full-body workout that combines cardio, toning, balance and flexibility exercises .

Zumba: Zumba is an aerobic dance class that combines high energy music from all over the world with easy dance moves that get your heart pumping and your feet tapping. Zumba is a calorie burning dance party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a total body workout. Zumba incorporates cardio, toning, balance and flexibility to help you get the most out of your work. Many instructors use the same songs, but each instructor has their own Zumba style! Spice up your cardio fix and join us for a Zumba class today!

Zumba Strong: STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Step up your Zumba game and make your next workout fun and exciting with Zumba Strong.


Tips:
  • All moves can be modified for different fitness and comfort levels.
  • Feel free to take personal breaks for water; usually do not have built in water breaks!

  • Keep moving! If you’re new to Zumba, start with just arm or foot movements. The more you Zumba, the easier it gets.

  • If you have a song suggestion, talk to the instructor before or after class.
