Exercise Physiology student interns, supervised by a graduate student from
            WVU, will instruct a 1-hr. exercise session aimed at improving cardiovascular
            endurance, core stability, muscular strength, and overall fitness. Prolonged
            inactivity can lead to stiffness, lower back pain, postural instability and
            poor mood. Take a break from the books or in between class and come exercise
            with fellow students in a welcoming beginner-friendly environment. Each
            class will contain HIIT-like aerobic activity, ROM exercises, core exercises and
            whole-body strength training aimed at counteracting the effects of long
            hours at the desk. Additionally, student interns and/or instructors will
            provide take-home and/or in-person educational content that you can review
            at your own convenience.
