TRX Fusion: TRX Fusion is a full-body strength workout incorporating TRX, HIIT, and weight training. Every workout starts on the TRX straps, ends with dumbbell/barbell movements, and is high intensity interval based. Focusing on lower body, upper body, and core strength, this intense workout is unique every week.
