BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals!


BODYPUMP® uses barbells and adjustable weights to condition muscles. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. BODYPUMP® is a great class for those looking to improve their strength and endurance.


This 45-minute class incorporates hills, flats, and sprints to music to give you a great cardiovascular workout.


F45 is a team-based, functional training class. This high intensity class alternates between cardio and strength days.


GRIT is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. This class uses barbells, weighted plates, and body weight exercises to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness.


This class will combine yoga pose sequences, movement, and breathing to engage both the mind and the body. Students can expect a class that engages core muscles, challenges balance, and increases flexibility.


Barre utilizes a mix of strength, Pilates, and dance inspired movements. This workout pairs light dumb bells with your own body weight and high repetition to give participants a great workout.


Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During this class, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

HIGH Fitness

High Fitness combines old-school aerobics, modern fitness techniques, and upbeat music to create a fun cardiovascular workout. 


Combines high energy music from all over the world with easy to follow dance moves in an effective workout that is tons of fun! For ALL fitness levels. Participants are invited to make up their own moves, to laugh, and to have fun! Come and ZUMBA!

Belly Dance

Learn to Belly Dance with Sumaya! Participants will enjoy a class focused learning the foundations of Middle Eastern dance in a dynamic follow-the-leader format. Don’t worry if you’ve never taken dance before, each movement will be thoroughly explained, and no previous dance experience is necessary.
