How to Reserve a Session
Video Guide for Reservation BookingsYou should use your WVU login credentials to login into wvugo.wvu.edu. If you are an affiliate member, spouse, or dependent in need of login credentials, please email CampusRec@mail.wvu.edu with your first and last name to request login credentials.
Reservation sessions become available 25 hours in advance of the time slot you
would like to reserve.
Online
- Log into wvugo.wvu.edu
- Click on Bookings icon
- Choose your activity
- Select day of the week
- Select “Book Now” on the desired time slot
- At the top of the page you will see “Booking Successful!” A confirmation email has been sent to you
- The confirmation email will arrive in your email account
Or in the WVUGo App
- Open WVUGo app
- Click "Bookings"
- Follow link to "book your spot"
- Choose your activity
- Use your WVU Login Credentials
- Complete Duo Two-Factor Authentication
- Select available spot
- At the top of the page you will see “Booking Successful!” A confirmation email has been sent to you
How to Cancel a Reservation
- Log into wvugo.wvu.edu account
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Choose “Profile”
- On your left under “Personal Information” click “Bookings”
- Find the booking you would like to cancel
- Select blue “Cancel”
- A pop up will appear. Select red “Yes, Cancel”
