2. Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum: Haunted Houses, Paranormal Tours More

Ward 24 is this year’s haunted house attraction, open from Thursdays-Sundays till November 2nd. Tickets range from $25 to their VIP price of $40. If haunted houses don’t get your blood-pumping, the Asylum is also home to Zombie Paintball. At Zombie Paintball you’ll be equipped with 100 paintballs, and you’ll be shooting your way through an apocalyptic themed maze. This is safe for children 5+, as you won’t be getting shot at by the “zombies”. Zombie paintball is open Fridays and Saturdays till November 2nd, and is only $20 per person. And if fighting zombies off in an epic paintball battle still doesn’t catch your eye, Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum also offers Ghost/Paranormal Hunts. Ghost Hunts range from overnight stays at the haunted asylum to 2-hour Paranormal Tours. For your overnight stay at the Asylum, guides will ensure your safety and tell you all about the different apparitions and paranormal encounters that have been seen and experienced.
