Under Armour’s app is one of the most well known food tracking apps on the market. When you download the app, it will ask for basic information about you and your goals, and come up with a caloric number to help achieve those goals. Within the free app, you can enter your daily meals and snacks and calculate the number of calories you eat vs burn with exercise. While a number of calories isn’t necessarily the most important thing for some people, the app also shows you how much protein, carbs, and other macronutrients are in each food item, which can lead to better overall health. An upgrade is also available in this app, which allows you to track macronutrients customize a diet that fits your fitness needs.
