Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe facilitation and organizationally monitor Club Sports Programs
- Effectively use technology and applications to track Club Sport data and time management (WhenToWork, Connect2, etc.)
- Utilize Connect2 and effectively submit appropriate forms when accidents or incidents occur with participants and/or staff
- Interact with and support all members and staff within Campus Recreation and Mylan Park
- Enforce policies, risk management protocol, and communication with players, coaches, officials and fans
- Respond to participant and facility emergencies while on site
- Oversee all Club Sports operations and events held at Campus Recreation facilities on and off campus
- Coordinate with undergraduate, graduate and professional staff members of the West Virginia Competitive Sports Program
Job Requirements
- Degree-seeking and enrolled at West Virginia University
- Active participant of a Club Sport through the West Virginia University Club Sports Federation
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working with software including: WhenToWork, Connect2, Microsoft Excel, Innosoft Fusion
- First Aid/CPRO Certified
- Leadership experience within a Club Sport
