Reserve a Swim Lane

The Aquatics Program is open for lap swim. Below are instructions on how to reserve a lane and also how to cancel your reservation. If you are feeling ill on the day of your reservation, do not hesitate to reschedule to ensure the safety and health of all participants. Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and procedures for using a lap lane are outlined in the welcome video on the Aquatics Homepage

How to Reserve a Lap Swim Lesson

*Reservations are a max of 8 per hour and must be made a day in advance.

Registration Guide Video

Online
  1. Log into wvugo.wvu.edu
  2. Click on Bookings icon
  3. Choose “Lap Swim Session” or “Lap Swim Session Warm Pool” icon
  4. Select day of the week
  5. Select “Book Now” on the desired time slot
  6. At the top of the page you will see “Booking Successful!” A confirmation email has been sent to you
  7. The confirmation email will arrive in your mix email account
Or in the WVUGo App
  1. Open WVUGo app
  2. Click Register Online
  3. Click on the Booking Icon
  4. Choose “Lap Swim Session” or “Lap Swim Session Warm Pool”
  5. Use your WVU Login Credentials
  6. Complete Duo Two-Factor Authentication
  7. Select icon Blue = Lap Pool or Yellow = Warm Pool
  8. Select available spot
  9. At the top of the page you will see “Booking Successful!” A confirmation email has been sent to you

How to Cancel a Reservation

  1. Log into wvugo.wvu.edu account
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner
  3. Choose “Profile”
  4. On your left under “Personal Information” click “Bookings”
  5. Find the booking you would like to cancel
  6. Select blue “Cancel”
  7. A pop up will appear. Select red “Yes, Cancel”
