Learn about our newest online fitness series and stay active with us from home!
Campus Recreation has officially launched its first ever Online Fitness Series. During the University wide closure, Campus Recreation wanted to be able to serve our community and provide an easy way for everyone to keep active at this time.
The Online Fitness Series will be posted every Monday through Friday on the Rec Guide, it’s also accessible via the Campus Recreation YouTube channel. Each 40-60-minute fitness video is designed for individuals of any skill level and can be completed at the participants’ own pace. Our workout series is extremely accessible, and most exercises will not require equipment, but some may utilize chairs or other common household items. Videos will include cardio, strength and mind/body workouts, such as Zumba, Barre, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Yoga, so there is a workout for everyone! Along with our videos, we will provide the complete workout on our website, for those who don’t necessarily want to follow along with the video. The series will be led by an experienced group of instructors who have taught various group exercise classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Les Mills and more.Rec Guide YouTube Channel
