Need An At-Home Workout Video? Results Are Just A Click Away: Need An At-Home Workout Video? Results Are Just A Click Away

These three YouTube fitness channels, ranked easiest to hardest, provide intense and efficient at-home workouts.

When quarantine hit in March 2020, the world’s gym rats were left without access to a gym. Cut to February 2021 and the gym is open but heavily restricted. I have a lot of friends that have gotten back into their regular gym routine and have simply added a mask. Unfortunately, my lack of a car and demanding school schedule prevents me from working out as often as I’d like. When I have time, I tend to rely on the teachings of various fitness-based YouTube channels and a set of free weights. It may not be the same as Planet Fitness, but it gets the job done. I tend to stick to workouts involving either bodyweight strength training or added weight for resistance, so I will preface this article by admitting my bias. These three YouTube channels are the ones that I have found to be the most effective for an at-home workout. They are listed in order from easiest to hardest workout.
