Take advantage of the summer sun and breeze with these special outdoor fitness classes. This series includes cardio, strength and mind-body classes like Spin, BODYATTACK and sunrise yoga. View the schedule below and come join us a breath of fresh air outdoors. All classes have rain plans and will take place indoors in case of inclement weather.
Prepare for your next race with this 6-week class that consists of speed work on the outdoor gravel track, cross training with intervals and body weight exercises, and working with someone at the same pace for endurance training.
