Spring 2019:

  Yoga for Women:

    Join fitness staff for these women's-only yoga classes. 
    All classes will take place in HEB 101 at 6:45pm.

  Tai Chi

    A 7-week Tai Chi class will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15am in SRC Room B from March 19th until May 2nd. This class will teach you the art and discipline of Tai Chi while providing many health benefits. Tai Chi will help in improving flexibility, strength, balance, pain management and mindfulness. Suitable for all ages and physical abilities. 

  Themed Spin classes:

   Join Spin instructor Scott in Room A for musically-themed Spin classes throughout the semester. 
   All classes will take place in Room A at 6:45pm.

  Meet Me at the Bar

   Try out a healthy alternative to happy hour at three Meet Me at the Bar sessions this semester. 
    • Part 1: Meet me at the Barbell: Intro to barbell movements with the WVU Weightlifting Club 
      Friday, March 29th | 4:30-6:00pm | SRC Lower Fitness Floor 
    • Part 2: "How Partying Impacts Your Progress" with WellWVU
      Tuesday, April 9th | 7:00pm | SRC Room 102
    • Part 3: Barre Fitness Group Exercise Class
      Friday, April 12th | 4:30pm | SRC Multi-Purpose Room B
