Triathlon Swim Clinic


Date and Time: April 9th 6-7pm

From seasoned triathletes to those starting their training journey, this training clinic will cover techniques to better performance at all levels. Join us to meet other athletes, practice mass starts and have your swim stroke analyzed by a local specialist.

This clinic will primarily cover mass starts and body position drills: Deep water treading starts, Shallow water standing starts, Beach style entry, Rolling start from deck into deep and shallow water, Focus on body position and tips to relax legs during swim.
